Popular social media platform, Twitter, is soon going to remove the ability to create ‘Moments’ on mobile apps. This major change is happening on October 23rd.
Moments feature was found less intriguing and hence was not used very much on mobile apps, said by Twitter, so more efforts will be put on in developing features that people enjoy using.
Here’s what Twitter says:
“On October 23, we’re removing the ability to create Moments on the Twitter for iOS or Android apps. When features aren’t used as often, we’ll remove them, so we can focus on building other products you’ll love.”
However, the functionality to create Moments will still be available on desktop.
